Sponsorship Activation Coordinator | Full-Time | Hamilton Arena

Assist with execution of a portfolio of partnership contractual elements which include media assets, promotions, in arena activation, hospitality, experiential, and community programs
Managing and maintaining trackers related to partner programs
Collecting and consolidating data for the purpose of partner program development and reporting
Collaborate with internal departments to find creative ways to integrate current and prospective Hamilton Arena partners
Assist in client services and quality control of all partner activations
Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as requested
Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, sports business management, communications, or other relevant field
Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience. Sponsorship or media experience preferred
Strategic and critical thinker who is dynamic, forward-thinking, analytical, and extremely well organized
Highly driven self-starter, with the ability to work as a team or independently on projects
Strong self-awareness, time management, and organizational skills with a proven ability to multi-task and manage projects on strict deadlines
Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to manage long-term projects as well as quick turn assignments
Strong interpersonal \& relationship-building skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
